Hi everyone, its been awhile since I posted here. I have been doing some training with FieldTeam6, learning new skills on the social platforms and helping to register and remind people to vote. My health status is well and taking my vitamins along with my meda has really helped. Especially the B-complex and this vitamin I found to help support menopause. I'm hanging in there as I hope you all are too.

Good morning everyone. Hope you have a great day. I'm off to the dentist...eak! LOL, its all good.

Here's my latest and greatest painting. I call it Burning the Midnight Oil. I broke all the rules and used alcohol ink with water color and acrylic. Fun stuff and for some reason I been having a thing with sai boats.
Today been good so far other than our power went out and now we have PG&E over trying to figure out.
I do have a new out on my blog. It's about my story with eating disorders. Real personal stuff but essential to delivering a scare tactic not to even think about starting it.
Self esteem is huge and mine had been in the dumps too even though I did have hair. Now that I don't for some reason it takes that element out of play. Weird to process but I kind of get it. For those who don't know my is ://schizophrenialifetoday.blogspot.com

Well I shaved my head. I get auditory hullicinations all day , all night. They put their two cents into everything. I just got tired of them telling me how thin and damaged they thought my hair was. I probably did dye it too much yet who knows whats really the truth. I did get it thinned out too much. Won't make that mistake again. Its a sense of freedom to have a shaved head anyways. Plus now it gave me the reason to buy a couple of wigs. They going to be great. Anyways, i know this is shocking but I had to get it out.
