We are seeing a lot of regression in kiddos as a stress response to all the changes due to Covid-19. They are picking up on our stress, not feeling safe, and missing their normal lives, and missing their friends. The most important thing is to help them process the changes and be sincere with them that things will improve as time goes on. They need comfort. We all do, but remember that they lack the experience to know that we will survive this. If you need support, please give us a call. Amaris is real, conversational, and compassionate. She is able to see through the things that plague us to the human underneath. I hired her after going through more than 20 candidates and stand fully behind her.

She is open to referrals for individuals of all ages all around CA. She can see folks with all sorts of psychological concenrs, but specializes in Autism, ADHD, multicultural issues, military families, and veterans.

We are seeing all clients exclusively through telehealth or phone sessions, but still traveling the short distance to work to maintain confidentiality. A huge thank you to our wonderful clients who were willing to quickly transition to video sessions within a few days!

Those of us who have family members who are highly sensitive, ADHD, autistic, psychotic spectrum, etc are experiencing conflict as all of our sensory, energy, and social needs are clashing.
