Owners of 2006-2015 GM Duramax trucks are all too familiar with the common issue of TCM (Transmission Control Module) failure. The TCM, particularly the A40 and A50 model, often succumbs to the intense heat from its mounting location on the radiator. This heat exposure can melt the internal components, rendering the vehicle un-drivable.

To address this critical issue, we are proud to introduce our A40/A50 Relocation Kit. This innovative solution moves the TCM away from the heat of the radiator, ensuring longevity and reliable performance.

Kit Includes:
Relocation Bracket: Securely mounts the TCM away from the heat source.
Extension Harness: Provides the necessary length to relocate the TCM without compromising functionality.

Heat in the 68RFE transmission causes the stock thin cast channel plate to warp, causing cross leaks and poor shift performance. To combat this common issue, ATS designed a BilletProof Channel Plate: A stress relieved 1" thick aluminum tooling plate precisely CNC machined to include all valve body channels, vent holes, and even includes pressure testing ports with engraved labels. Critical channels have been enlarged to allow additional fluid to feed the clutch packs ensuring a quick fill time.

The ATS Map Sensor Adapter for the 2011-2019 Ford helps drastically reduce the amount of soot build-up on the end of the sensor due to the close proximity of the exhaust flow. By moving the sensor back slightly the sensor is still able to read conditions properly but doesn’t require constant cleaning like the stock configuration.
