One of my biggest lessons learned in the past few weeks is to NEVER underestimate yourself and the positive impact you may have on others. Assume and Act like it’s a given. Even if they never get to tell you…even if you are humble and sometimes don’t understand your gifts or your purpose as a human. Always know…..others do.❤️
Mike’s only regret when he knew his body was truly dying, was that he couldn’t help more people with all that he learned, experienced and felt this past 15 months. He said “what a waste…that I can’t heal and help more people.”He never quite realized that he has been helping people his entire life. No regrets Longo….mission accomplished❤️

Mike, Joe Nettuno & Rob Santello had bandied around the idea of creating together in some magical food related capacity for awhile. They are 3 of my favorite chefs…. And I’m picky, cause I ain’t so bad myself in that department😂
I am so grateful that they finally got to make magic together for an intimate and beautiful dinner in December of 2022, one month before Mike was Diagnosed. I never saw these pictures until today, and am so beyond thrilled that once again was there with her magic. ❤️📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸📸

I trust that you guys will tell me if this starts getting weird. But….we’re all in the Upside Down World right now & I also know Mike would want me to honor all of you who keep sharing photos and memories.

I am so grateful for the ig in the last few days, because we weren’t huge picture takers. We thought it better to keep our phones at home often, to be fully present in our life when together.
Last night, while I was scrolling through all of your beautiful images, videos and memories, on about a collective 7 hrs of sleep in the last week, he said “Ricci, enough…GO TO SLEEP”😂
And even though we both Love music, we also were annoyed by the overuse, and mostly intrusive and unnecessary use of music in the ig world today. BUT we both LOVED this song… (so sorry Big Boy). But I want everyone who loved you to have a Lovely Day today. And now I will put down my phone for awhile❤️ message heard
