RUN Patrol
An hour long challenging full body athletic workout that combines running/walking and strength conditioning. All levels welcome.
You just need running shoes and a willingness to push your own limits! Meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7AM in Brambleton. Hey team - wanted to share a reflection from my workout today. After my flat run warm up, I did 10 hill repeats each followed by approximately a 1/4 mile flat run. While doing this workout I began to reflect on how running can be a great metaphor for life - any hill no matter the size from the bottom can look daunting, when you are climbing itโs hard and you might want to give up, BUT if you keep putting one foot in front of the other you WILL reach the top!!! And best of all once you've completed the climb, any flats or downhills will seem easier than before! Can anyone guess where this hill is located?

โ Virginia got our mid-season GRIT Testing done this morning. Everyone that ran the mile ran their personal best time today - LOVE seeing the progress over time๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ช๐ป
So our SC team now has a โWednesday Warriorsโ group that does the weekly workout for the 2nd time! WTG - they are rockstars and are โall smilesโ because they got it done!๐๐ช๐ป๐โโ๏ธ
And the SC Wednesday Warriors wrapped up round 2 of our Week 3 workout Tabata style!!

Want to be a Team Leader in your area? If you are not local and are interested in getting a group together to do the weekly workouts with you, you can get your Virtual Access for FREE!!! All you need to do is Just get at least 2 people to "join your team" by signing up for the Virtual Option and listing you as their team lead!

Had a blast coaching our South Carolina โLife is Goodโ team on Friday in person! They all worked so hard and are definitely committed to their own progress. They meet twice a week to do the weekly virtual workout and their GRIT testing has been showing the results!!๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ผ
