Its Sunday and you know what that means. One more day until the work week begins again and why not start it off with us here at The Cantina. Come enjoy one of the amazing Coco Coladas our bartenders are whipping up. With a coconut tequila and our house made pina colada mix its sure one cocktail that never disappoints.

Come enjoy some nice fried ice cream to help cool you off from the heat today. This delicious little lightly fried ice cream ball is made in house coated with a little corn flake to make it crispy but with a nice creamy vanilla ice cream inside. Topped with a chocolate and caramel drizzle and then a nice little dollop of whip cream on top. Big enough to share if you want but delicious enough for you to finish on your own.

These are "nacho" your average nachos. These are our famous Unique Black and Blue nachos. Each blue corn chip is perfectly layered with beans cheese avocado slices with all your fixins in the middle and you can add any additional protein of your choice. Come end your work week with us; a plate of these nachos and a nice ice-cold Dos XX can make any day better.

Have you walked down our history wall located in the hallway of The Cantina? The timeline starts all the way back in 1540 and tells you some very interesting history of the Biltmore Village and more specifically about the History of 10 Biltmore Plaza which is where The Cantina is located today. Back when the Village had an epic flood in July of 1916, they started building the "Biltmore Recreation center" and was opened in 1942 which also had a bowling alley in it. The Bowling alley was closed in the 1980s and the start of the fresh-Mex cuisine started in the 1990s. The owners today bought it back in 2012 and turned it into The Cantina in historic Biltmore Village. Come join us today and take a walk down memory lane with us. We even still have some of the original bowling alley lane paint still on the floors today.
