In 2019, our signature chocolate chip cookie recipe became the first food baked in space in partnership with Zero G Kitchen and Voyager Space. Now that the historic DoubleTree cookie has returned, we donated it to the National Air and Space Museum, Smithsonian Institution.
Starting May 8th, visitors can view the cookie in the Space Food exhibit and learn more about our role in making long-duration travel more welcoming and hospitable.

"My stay here was one of the best hotel visits I have had in 30 years of travels. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative before and after my reservation. This was my first time bringing my dog on vacation. It was so quiet on our hall that I was surprised to see other dogs in the green spaces provided by the hotel. There were numerous, well-kept areas to walk your dog, benches, doggie bags/a can to use. We were very close to our vacation spot, the Biltmore, and there is a fantastic bagel shop, Bruegger's Bagels, just across the street. The hotel has a nicely stocked snack shop and a TGI Fridays next door. The room was clean, and the courtyard is nicely done. Upon checkout, the staff was great in helping me sign up for Hilton Rewards and also for assisting me in resolving an issue with my AARP/Expedia reservation.
