Have you wondered how we get our smoothies so full of fruity flavor? That's easy! We pre make the banana and berry base of the drink and freeze it. This way we don't have to add ice! Now, you just have to pick a protein (yogurt, peanut butter, or spinach) and a liquid (milk, alt milk, apple juice, or water) and we can do the rest. It may be hot outside, but our smoothies are VERY cold 🥶

Have you tried our new cinnamon swirl loaf? It's a delicious sweet treat that is made with vegan products! It's a special treat, so come by and try it while it's still available!

We've officially re-open for one full week, and it has been wonderful seeing all of your familiar faces along with some new ones! One of these new guests took this amazing photo of our signature drink called the undertow. It's a chilled drink with espresso, vanilla, and half and half. Do you see the separation in color? It looks like an actual undertow! Thanks for this great pic 😎 ☕️

Woodfin Avenue may be closed, but we are STILL OPEN!!! Just give one of the lovely construction crew folks a wave and they will let you into the Undertow parking with open arms. Have a great day 😁
