Tiffany Schultz joined Laughing Seed in 2016 as a pastry chef and quickly felt at home. Recently promoted to executive head chef, she continues to excel in baking, specializing in bread, vegan, and gluten-free options. Her creations range from baguettes made with her sourdough starter to vegan GF snickerdoodle cookies and pistachio rosewater layer cake. She also offers vegan cheesecakes with a raw diet-friendly crust.
