Founder in 2002 of downtown culinary stalwart, Rosetta's Kitchen & The Buchi Bar, Rosetta brought healthy and delicious vegetarian cuisine to a population screaming for more delicious tempeh reubens. Implementing an Everyone Eats policy, Rosetta made certain that no one goes hungry in in downtown Asheville. Her hobbies and passions include gardening, mushroom foraging, aquariums, and taming feral children.
