The last five years have been an adventure to say the least, and have been filled with countless memories thanks to all of you. As some of you know, my wife and I welcomed our amazing daughter Nimerah into the world just over a year ago. This has truly made us realize the importance of family and a strong support structure. This realization has helped us come to a decision to move back up to Wisconsin to be close to family. 

We cannot put into words our gratitude for each and every one of you. You have supported us since the first day we opened the doors of our restaurant in 2018, and as we transitioned to the food trailer. Please know that we will be forever grateful for all the smiles, laughter, and conversations we have shared with you. 

We also want to thank Jess for standing by our side since day one, and becoming a partner with us on the food trailer. We couldn't have done it without you!

November 26th will be our last day of service, so you still have time to come by and see us! 😊 Our schedule is posted on our website thescarletbee.com. We are cooking every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until December!

Chicken Shawarma... everyone's favorite 🔥 We do a 24-hour marinade with a plethora of savory spices before any heat touches this chicken 🐔. Served up on our house made pita bread with toum, hummus, and a mix of our sweet and dill pickled veggies.

Our Chicken Kebabs are made with chicken breasts marinated in savory spices and topped with sumac and parsley. Served with yellow onions, red peppers, our house-made pita bread, and toum. A nice light char really brings the flavor out on these bad boys..🍴

Kofta/Kafta is traditionally served on a skewer and often purely lamb. Our revamped version has a mix of local ground beef, ground lamb, parsley, yellow onions, and warming spices. They are served on toasted brioche buns with toum (your new favorite garlic condiment) below, and a tahini-based coleslaw on top 🤤
