Jamie Betit, owner and operator of Functional Integrated Training, is a Certified ISSA/ ACE Personal Trainer specializing in Sport Specific Conditioning, Personal Wellness Development and Functional Movement Training. When not picking heavy things up and putting them back down Jamie can be found immersing himself in a community project, studying to become a Certified Master Gardener and having dance parties with his family. With a background in social work and over 15 years experience in the wellness industry, Jamie has devoted himself to improving the lives of hundreds of individuals from the inside out. Through the power of play, a unique approach to science-based functional fitness, and a healthy respect for the law of individual differences, Jamie considers exercise a celebration of the body’s endless potential. Erin Pfahler is a yoga teacher and writer based in Athens, Ohio. Her classes center around calming the mind, feeling better in your body and making connections. She teaches weekly classes at Bodhi Tree Studio, Serenity Grove Recovery House, Passion Works Studio and The Gathering Place as well as online yoga & writing workshops.
