LIFE UPDATE: Not able to post this week as I’ve been down in Florida for a work trip and about to start a grand adventure of moving my dear grandmother from Florida up near me in Georgia. She is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s and this is her “last ride!” heading north on a road trip where she will make her home in a new memory care place to finish her next and likely last chapter there. I’m so thrilled to have her closer and be with her in these final days. She is such a special lady.

Laughter and tears are sure to follow my mom and I as we journey.

I look forward to getting back to it here once she’s all settled in.
