We made a mid-season grant this year to Jessica E. Blinkhorn -- a thought-provoking and dedicated artist whose goals we admire. I'm mentioning it now because it's Miami Art Week, and Jessica is at the Satellite Art Show reminding the world that art and artists come in all shapes and sizes. If you happen to be in Miami, please go visit the show. And if you aren't in Miami, check Jessica out! https://lnkd.in/fZ6tYuY

One of our 2023 projects is the ACCENT Higher Education trip to Savannah. Atlanta-area youth get to learn about city and state history, ecology, marine biology, and a host of other cool subjects outside their normal bubble. This year's trip was last weekend and it looks like it was a smashing success! Check out our photo album (more to come!) and especially this video of the group being recognized at the Savannah City Council meeting.
