We had some good old country fun shooting .22's and shotguns at our Youth Range Day this past Saturday in Macon, GA. We let the kids shoot first and then the parents joined in. For many of the kids and parents, it was their first time shooting a rifle and shooting at reactive targets. The ringing of the steel is addictive, and they cannot wait for our next event.
Oh, you see that woman in black? She's super competitive and we believe that she had more fun than the kids did; and speaking of kids, when asked if she would tell her friends about how fun she had, the little girl in blue replied "No! Because I don't want them to take my spot!" There's no need for her to worry though because we have room for everyone.
We're going to get each of these kids on a squirrel or deer hunt this Fall and cannot wait!
