Niche 6 Year Anniversary!

Every year I go to the beach to celebrate the Niche business anniversary with the people I love. This year I was lucky enough to bring a new addition on the trip, my man W***y! After surviving the last 2 years as a small business, this photo reminds me to never give up no matter how hard things get. 2020 was on track to be Niche's best year ever and then boom.... pandemic.

It wrecked thousands of small businesses and I was only able to survive because I refused to give up. I took out loans, maxed out credit cards, did whatever I had to to keep the business alive. Then finally in mid 2021 the job market rebounded. I was able to pay off the debt and get the business back on track. Making it to this 6 year anniversary was harder than I ever could of imagined. I'm just glad Niche is still here.

Originally I started Niche with a vision to build a staffing company that people truly enjoy working with. I was tired of hearing how disliked recruiters were and I aimed to change that perception. A recruiter is not just a person who transfers resumes, but should be your career confidant. They should be someone you enjoy talking to even when you're not looking for a job. They should be your career psychologist and that's what we are at Niche.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a product management at an enterprise software company that had product market fit (lots of customers), preferably a SaaS
- Domain expertise in quality management, safety management and/or related areas
