Chef Kelsey Cangelose is a High Honors Graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. After graduating, she worked in the restaurant industry perfecting her techniques. In 2014 Chef Cangelose established her brand Crisp By Kelsey, which provides many different Personal Chef experiences by Kelsey herself. In 2015 Crisp By Kelsey moved to Atlanta, Georgia where Chef Kelsey continues to create delicious meals, that everyone can enjoy.

Khoresh Ghormeh Sabzi. A fresh herb stew I made with beef, served with a Potato Tahdig. Literally what buttery saffron dreams are made of. I’ve been craving this for about a month and am really happy with how it turned out. I love any meal that I get to spend time with to create the best flavors. The herbs & Omani (dried lime) really make this dish. I definitely suggest trying it out one day. The recipe I used for the Ghormeh Sabzi is from by Naz Deravian, & I used recipe for Potato Tahdig.
Khoresh Ghormeh Sabzi prep! I’ve been craving this for the past month and finally decided to make it happen! I can’t wait! Picking the herbs is definitely my least favorite part, but something about taking time with your dish is really soothing at the same time. The Omani (dried lime) is literally the best scent & flavor. I can’t wait to bring this dish together! 🌿

Growing up my grandmother used to make the most delicious mashed potatoes. I’ve never been much of a fan but hers have always been amazing. My favorite thing about them though was what my dad would do with them the next morning. I think I used to try to eat very little at her house so there would be more leftovers to take home. The next morning my dad would take the cold mashed potatoes and pan fry them in a skillet. I would BEG for them they were so good. I tried recreating a mashed potato cake years ago with my now husband w/ powdered potatoes....didn’t work so well. Well we’ve grown up since those days and are using real potatoes now, so here I am recreating my Dad’s Leftover Mashed Potato Cake, a simple favorite from my childhood.

Chicken Milanese w/ cherry tomato pan sauce over spaghetti served w/ burrata. I could honestly eat burrata in any & all ways but adding it to a pasta to make a creamy sauce is SO GOOD!
