“My father, being from Acapulco, Mexico, has always had an affinity for Mexican food and the community. We owned this restaurant about 40 years ago when it was one of seven Los Mariachis restaurants that Marcelino Solis, my father, sold, and when the opportunity came to buy the restaurant, he was very happy to do it. He loves being in the restaurant business; he loves being able to give jobs to the local community, including as many Latinos as possible, as well as being able to serve the community at large. This will be our 20 year anniversary of owning Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant for the second time and is also my father’s 80th birthday” - Sylvia Paranhos / Pancho's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina
