Hey y’all I’m so proud to announce starting January 1st i’ll be launching a online class room and Tutorial for learning how to smoke meats , fire management, brines and more . I’m a self-taught chef of 26 years that turn to barbecue five years ago and started working towards becoming a pit master. This online classroom will be open for discussions and new learning curves to teach others how to take it from their backyard to the main stream public. Tricks and trades will be taught on this online class room will be free . Please follow and stay tune for updates . Thank you.

Had a blast starting Friday through the weekend troubadour festival was a blast . Thank you for the wonderful experience y’all had to offer . Myself and stop by on Sunday to grab some barbecue which was the best I’ve had. The smoker y’all got is so beautiful. Had a blast In Texas this weekend. Thank you .
