SWEA Atlanta bildades 1996 och har idag runt 90 medlemmar. Våra Sweor representerar alla åldrar och yrkeskategorier. Våra träffar är informella och trivsamma.
SWEA Atlanta är en lokalavdelning av SWEA International, Swedish Women's Educational Association, Inc., som är en global ideell förening för svenska och svensktalande kvinnor som är eller har varit bosatta utanför Sveriges gränser. Många har bott här i 20 år eller mer, medan andra är nyinflyttade. SWEA Atlanta vill fungera som en samlingspunkt för svensktalande kvinnor genom att erbjuda ett roligt

SWEA Atlantas årliga kräftskiva gick av stapeln igår. Och vilken fest det blev! God mat, trevligt umgänge och superb festträdgård. Tack till Annika för hosting och till Susanne som fixade kräftor. Och tack vare Malin Brown och all planering hon lagt ner så var allt perfekt!

The American Union of Swedish Singers have their conference in Atlanta this week. The conference ends with a Grand Concert on Saturday, Aug 5th, 7 -9 pm.
