IDEX Fellowship

IDEX Global Fellows Program is a six-month fellowship aimed to create a new, diverse generation of social intrapreneurs.

The core of our program is the IDEX formula: 6=2. Our program offers 6 months of intense emerging market field experience and leadership training that equips our fellows with two years of marketable experience. Our math was called crazy, nonsensical, unattainable, and well…just plain wrong. We thought so too until
we discovered that our formula is powerful and effective. FELLOWSHIP BENEFITS

In a world, where we are getting eaten by moral and spiritual bankruptcy, it is important to live a virtuous life.

“Thirteen virtues necessary for true success: temperance, silence, order, resolution, frugality, industry, sincerity, justice, moderation, cleanliness, tranquility, chastity, and humility.”
- Benjamin Franklin

Big shout to who has been championing it and equipping others with consciousness to be leader that is gentle, loving and compassionate to themselves, others, animals and mother nature.

Japan's centuries-old "Shinise" companies offer an intriguing model for sustainable degrowth. Shinise principles of longevity, moderation, and intergenerational thinking could guide companies worldwide to prioritize ecological health and human fulfillment over endless economic growth.

"A Bank of Korea 2008 report highlighted Japan's prominence in hosting companies over 200 years old; 56% were in Japan. In 2019, research firm Teikoku Data Bank recorded over 33,000 century-old businesses in Japan. These figures showcase the enduring success and longevity of Japanese enterprises."

"I have begun realizing that balance across three planes – Spiritual, Physical, and Financial (our “SPF”) – is essential for a fulfilling life. However, many of us, especially in ambitious materialistic cultures, are suffering from a kind of spiritual poverty or bankruptcy." - Balance Your "SPF".

This is disturbing news. Gender diversity in venture capital teams is invaluable from an investment decision-making point, thesis development, sourcing, and several more reasons. PERIOD.

I think we need to fix the diversity at the decision-making level and support more emerging women-led funds. Side by side, work with LPs extensively and bring in more women LPs.

Do you have any thoughts on what we can do?
