As Pride Month draws to a close, we are thrilled to highlight a remarkable opportunity that our CEO, DrA, received. She was invited to the President's Pride Party on the White House Lawn. We were delighted to see familiar faces such as Dan Priester from and the Executive Director of Atlanta Pride Chris McCain from Atlanta Pride, as well as Secretary Pete Buttigieg and his husband, Chasten, who generously gifted Covenant House Georgia a few copies of his book, "I Have Something To Tell You." It was a wonderful celebration and a poignant reminder of the progress we still need to make toward achieving equality for all. π³οΈβπ

That is why our on-site behavioral health team is so critical to the work we do everyday. They are the experts in trauma-informed care and provide a variety of treatment services to our youth including substance abuse services and individual and group therapy.
