Georgia native Tony Arata is a longtime friend of the Jarrard Burch Foundation, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome him as on of our featured songwriters at our upcoming Legacy Show on Feb. 10. A member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, Tony is probably best know for writing, "The Dance," which won the ACM Song of the Year when it was recorded and released by Garth Brooks. He also has had No. 1 records with “Here I Am” (Patty Loveless), “I’m Holding My Own” (Lee Roy Parnell), and “Dreaming With My Eyes Open” (Clay Walker). You don't want to miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to hear Tony and fellow award-winning songwriter, Casey Beathard. Reserve your seats before it's too late! Link below.

It's Thursday so we're throwing it back to Sept. 9 and our 22nd Annual Songwriters Show! Mother Nature's plans were a bit different from ours, but we had a great time and hope you did as well. Our songwriters put on an incredible, one-of-a-kind show in spite of the circumstances, and our volunteers were the incredible force who helped us pull it off. Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, moved a chair, bid in the auction or sang along (quietly) 🤠. We are so grateful for your support!
What a weekend! We have much more to say and share about another incredible evening, but we couldn't let any more time pass without giving recognition to our sponsors. Thank you to the more than 60 sponsors who made this 22nd Annual Songwriters Show possible, and a special shoutout to our Premier and Presenting Sponsors for their generosity. Thank you for enabling us to support so many wonderful causes near and dear to the hearts of John and Bruce. Cheers to you!

We are so excited to share the incredible news that John Jarrard has been elected to the 2023 class of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and will be inducted next month! Not only is this a well deserved honor, it's a dream come true for those who have worked to honor his legacy. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone on Saturday night!
John Jarrard to be inducted into Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame | Jarrard Burch Foundation The Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame (NaSHOF) will induct the late John Jarrard, a Gainesville, Ga., native, as part of its 2023 class.
Rob Williford helped pen the Luke Combs smash "Beautiful Crazy" along with Combs and Wyatt Durrette. Join us this Saturday as Williford takes the Jarrard Burch stage on the Lawn at The Chair Factory!

Last but certainly not least, our third Nashville songwriter taking the stage Saturday night is Rob Williford!
A frequent collaborator of Luke Combs, Rob helped pen the 2019 CMA Song of the Year, “Beautiful Crazy,” which went on to become RIAA-certified Diamond (10x Platinum)- only the sixth song in country music history to do so. He also co-wrote Combs’ chart-topping singles “Forever After All” and “Doin This,” the latter of which was nominated for Country Song of the Year at the 2023 Grammys. Originally from Gastonia, N.C., Rob’s latest endeavor has been collaborating on a studio project with Kyle Cook of Matchbox 20 and producer David Mescon. The album Wildcard, released in the spring of 2023, was written and co-produced by Rob at the legendary Fame Studios in Muscle Shoals, Ala. When he’s not writing songs, “Rowdy” can be found on the lake catching bass or playing '90s
country on the jukebox at your local Waffle House.
Wynn Varble has written numerous country hits, including three No. 1s like this one for Easton Corbin, "A Little More Country Than That." We can't wait for Wynn to take the stage at our 22nd Annual Songwriters' Show next Saturday, Sept. 9!

Next up: we're excited to have Wynn Varble join our trio of Nashville songwriters at our show Sept. 9!
Wynn came to love country music at a very young age after discovering his father’s collection of classic country albums. After many years of playing in honkytonks, bars and feed store parking lots, he decided to make the move to Nashville. His first radio single was “Fit To Be Tied Down” by Sammy Kershaw. Since then he has had dozens of hits including three No. 1s, all nominated as Song Of The Year by either CMA or ACM and sometimes both. Those songs are: “Have You Forgotten” by Darryl Worley, “Waiting On A Woman” by Brad Paisley, and “I’m A Little More Country Than That” recorded by Easton Corbin. Wynn received Nashville Songwriters Association’s
Songwriter of the Year Award in 2009, and he made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2011. Wynn has three songs on the new Garth Brooks album “Man Against Machine”, including the current hit single, "Mom." His latest album, “Portrait of My Father,” is available now on streaming platforms. Signed to BMG Publishing, some of his latest singles are “She Ain’t In It” by Jon Pardi and “Left Right” by Hannah Dasher.
Greylan James scored his first No. 1 hit co-writing the Jordan Davis single, "Next Thing You Know", which was released earlier this year. We can't wait to have Greylan on stage with us at the Songwriters Show next Saturday, Sept. 9!

With less than two weeks until the big show, we're spotlighting our featured songwriters. First up: Greylan James!
Growing up in Knoxville, Tenn., Greylan met his hometown hero, Kenny Chesney, who told him to “stay in school and learn how to write songs” — which is exactly what he did. Moving to Nashville in pursuit of his dreams, he quickly signed to Universal Music Publishing Group(UMPG), was featured on NBC’s The Voice and
ranked one of the best guitarists in the world under 21 by Guitar Center Magazine’s "Brotherhood of the Guitar Top 100." His songwriting has earned him cuts with Chris Young, Blake Shelton, Chris Janson and the Kenny Chesney hit “Happy Does.” In his biggest year yet, Greylan celebrated his first number one with Jordan Davis’ “Next Thing You Know,” and signed to Big Machine Label Group. His latest release “Undermine” accompanies a slew of previously released singles including “Old Truck, Young Love,” co-written with NBA superstar Jimmy Butler, “My Future,” and “2 Years Back.” As he prepares to release new music, he is gearing up to hit the road with Cole Swindell this fall after wrapping up Old Dominion’s No Bad Vibes Tour earlier this summer.
In addition to incredible music at our Songwriters Show on Sept. 9, our popular auction is back with some awesome new items. One package up for grabs includes a night at the beautiful, unique Dahlonega Glass Cabin along with brunch and wine tasting at nearby Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery. Bidding will be available online and at the event, so stay tuned for more information about all our incredible auction items. Thank you to our donors for your support!
