Can an appraiser tell a lender that a house has no value without even walking it ? My seller rented it out two years ago and is livable. The lender is saying the management company is charging a tripp fee for 375.00 for him not to do his job( i asked for a reassignment ) because he ruined a pair of shoes and wont come back till the grass is mowed ?
