The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for July. New Listings and Closed Sales showed a moderate increase year-over-year, while Pending Sales showed a decrease. Median and Average Sales Prices saw modest growth and YoY inventory levels saw significant gains in July with around 12,000 more in 2024 than in 2023. Statewide, 1 in 8 Georgians face food insecurity. Thank you to our YPN Georgia Network for volunteering with Feeding Georgia to provide 30,281 meals and sorting 8,900 pounds of rescued food so that it could be distributed across the state. Realtors are Good Neighbors

- 2,851 meals packed in Atlanta
- 6+ pallets sorted in Gainesville
- 3,700 meals boxed for the elderly in Athens
- 7,440 meals provided in Columbus and Albany
- 288 family-sized week long food boxes assembled in Augusta
