👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 J’Naudia's family legacy is extraordinary—grandfather, father, mother, brother, sister-in-law, and adoptive brother, all with doctoral degrees. However, she goes beyond being just another doctor; she fulfills her late grandfather's dream.

Her ties to academia are profound, shaped by her grandfather, William P. Hytche Sr., the 10th chief executive at UMES. As she earns her Doctor of Education (EdD), J’Naudia becomes the sole family member to don his regalia, honoring his memory and continuing the educational legacy.
