4) PAY ALL OR A PORTION OF SELLERS CLOSING COSTS. If you have extra cash on hand, this is an option to increase a Sellers’ net without inflating the purchase price.
5) PREPARE IN ADVANCE. Every Seller is different and may be looking for a different type of offer. Make sure you are working with a full-time, experienced Realtor to discuss all your options & have a plan before going to see a home.
