Wanted to give everyone a follow up. I had surgery and while it may have been successful. I have been struggling with flexibility, range in motion and strength. I am trying to continue with a positive attitude and continue to get physical therapy.

Effective immediately I will not be taking any appointments! If you are already scheduled your appointment still stands! I am scheduled to have shoulder surgery Friday May 15th. I regret that I have not taken better care of myself as many of you know last year I was consumed with another tragedy in my life!
