Better Memory Care begins with a better understanding of who you’re caring for. Our caregivers possess equal parts empathy and skill, and are trained to walk alongside each resident on their individual journeys. As part of this customized approach, every resident and family is provided with tools and opportunities that enlighten our caregivers while honoring the resident’s legacy.

Our residents love all the great activities our life engagement team puts together. They participated in a Masquerade Ball at Azalea and had the best time! The masks were a big hit!

Congrats to Bill! He was our winner for the apple bake-off. He made a wonderful apple dish that was a big hit with everyone!

Our senior pals are well loved by our residents! We love when they come by and spend time with everyone!

Fall is in the air and our residents are loving all the fun crafts we've been doing!

We are so excited for our raised flower beds here at Azalea! Eagle Scout Jax put a lot of hard work into making these look so nice for us. We are forever thankful to him and everyone who helped build them! We can't wait to get some flowers planted!

Our Brunch with Directors was a success! We are one blessed community to have many residents who joined our directors and had a wonderful brunch at the Botanic!

We are so grateful for Lilies of the Field, Jenna and her son came by and brought beautiful floral vases for our residents. We are blessed to have such wonderful people in Auburn, who love to visit our residents.

Today is World Alzheimer's Day, a day to raise awareness about this devastating disease and to show our support for those affected by it. At Bridge Senior Living, we are committed to providing our residents with the best possible care and support through the programs and services offered in our Lilac Trace Memory Care neighborhoods. We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating World Alzheimer's Day. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease.

Our Bridge Senior Living standard requires no less than 5.5 hours of activities every day. This includes dementia-specific therapy and multi-sensory programming developed to engage and inspire each resident.

We are all about learning new skills or crafting a skill we know and sharing the love with others. Our residents have recently been learning to crochet, and all who have attended have loved it! Many have shared that they can recall doing this with their loved ones.

Our Culinary Director and his team were recently put to the test; we were given a mystery basket of ingredients to create a meal for our residents. After reading all the reviews our team received, I think it's safe to say they passed the test of the mystery basket.

The menu included garden salad with kohlrabi and a poppyseed dressing, a choice of two entrees: pan-roasted pangasius white fish with a reduced cherry drizzle over southern cooked kale, pureed parsnip, and diced rutabaga or medium well teres major steak served with southern cooked kale, pureed parsnip, and diced rutabaga. Last but not least, for dessert, apricot quinoa crumble. We cannot wait for the next mystery basket to see what will be cooked up next!

Lilac Trace provides caregivers who are dedicated to Memory Care, and all Lilac Trace Directors are Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP).
