In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month
Community Support Sessions are 45-minute appointments with a trained professional for emotional support/education on mental health.
These are typically used in response to unexpected tragedies that occur in our community. We believe that cost of mental health support/education shouldn't be a barrier.
These sessions can be 1-1, couples, or family. Individuals over 18 must accompany any children who participate in these sessions for support.
This is not formal counseling, which is another service type offered by Purposeful Wellness.
