Over the past year, we’ve had the great pleasure of helping numerous families to buy/sell/refinance their homes, draft estate plans to protect their families and assets, and helped families grieving through the probate process. It has been one great rollercoaster for our staff, and we loved every moment of it.

We regret to inform you that effective June 7, 2024, the Law Offices of Markus L. Russell, LLC will close our doors, for good. We have had a blast helping those in need with real estate and probate legal services.

Over the next couple of days we will be reaching out to our clients, past and present, to give further guidance on requesting records as we transition.

We had the pleasure of getting a tour of Child Enrichment today after dropping off some toys for some kids in need! If you have the opportunity, go check them out and meet their great staff & learn about their mission!

While in law school, I volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”). The CASA program trains community volunteers who are appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of an abused or neglected child involved in juvenile court deprivation proceedings.

A CASA volunteer protects a child's right to be safe, to be treated with dignity and respect, and to learn and grow in the safe embrace of a loving family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get involved in the community!
