I know how frustrating it can be to find a simple solution to weight loss, but the truth is there are NO shortcuts if your end goal is optimal health. I believe at the end of the day that is what we all want.

The problem is no one is willing to work for it. They want a quick fix without having to dig under the surface as to why they put the weight on in the first place.

The thing is, added weight doesn’t just appear overnight. It took sometimes months & years to put that weight on so it will & SHOULD take some time to get it off. Taking the weight off isn’t just a physical appearance thing, it goes way deeper. There’s a root cause to why you’ve added the weight on.
