Doing some R&D this week on frozen pizzas. I know I have some hungry stomachs that aren’t close enough to attend events or might just be too busy. Who would be interested in vac sealed home made mail order pizzas? Obviously would be available for pick up as well. I will also be needing a few volunteers to be Guinea pigs before this goes full scale! Weigh in with thoughts, questions, or concerns below!

Phone definitely didn’t get to eat first on this pizza. Happy with the open crumb on the crust, absolutely no flop, good crisp undercarriage, tastes amazing. Just need a wood fired oven now! 7.9 that’s a review.

It ain’t easy bein’ cheezy…. This menu is going live on Wednesday 8/24 at in collaboration with ! Live blues music … epic grilled cheese.. on the river. What else do you need ?

Got a couple new fun menus rolling out on TWO separate Sundays at next month so stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled for those details! Think two simple OG summer time classics paired with a touch of modern and a side of amazing local craft beer.

Still finalizing details on a few event dates so here’s more sourdough adventures for now:

Switched from the sandwich loaf to a more detailed Dutch oven method. Still very much learning, adapting, and adjusting but excited at the results I’ve got so far. I ran into a flour shortage and risked using a tiny bit of bleached flour to tighten my dough up. I think it messed with the yeast production but even then it still tastes great and turned out pretty great.
