Multi-Community Home Care is the first Bhutanese Home Care established in August 2017. It is located at 2821 S Parker Rd, Suite 2-561, Aurora, CO 80014. Multi-Community Home Care, LLC (MCHC) is looking for honest, self-motivated and hardworking individuals who want to give back to the community in many ways. It is time we all come together as a community to build our own foundation and form resources to help the community. Has your social security benefit stopped? No worries MCHC is here to help. MCHC will help you to become citizens of The United States of America. MCHC has professionals with more than ten years of experience who can assist with Naturalization Application (also known as citizenship application). MCHC helps file taxes free of charge (depending on income), MCHC can help with TANF, food stamp, Old age pension (OAP), Medicaid, Social security Income (SSI) application, green card, buying/selling home, etc., MCHC urges you to make a call and visit.

With your help MCHC would like to bring following changes to the Bhutanese Community living in Colorado:
-Pay personal care workers/ relative personal care worker 12.50-14 an hour.
-Referral Bonuses (up to $250 after 3 months of services)
Services listed below will be provided in the future if we get enough help from our community members:
-Help with Funeral costs in the future ($2500-3000)
-Sponsor Colorado Youths, sports, gathering, etc,.
-Adult Day Care Center
-College application/advisement, FAFSA, Scholarship, supplies, etc.
If you would like to change your home care provider to our home care agency, please call your Colorado access case manager and tell them that you want to change your provider to Multi-Community Home Care and give them our phone number and fax number listed below.

सम्पूर्ण भुटानि समुदायमा हाम्रो नमस्कार!
मल्टी कम्युनिटी होम केयर, भुटानि समुदायमा खोलिएको पहिलो होम केयर हो। यस होम केयरको स्थापना २०१७ को अगस्ट महिनामा भएको थियो। यस होम केयरको कार्यालय 2821 South Parker Rd. Suite 2-561, Aurora, CO 80014 मा रहेको छ। हाल, मल्टी-कम्युनिटी होम केयरले बफादार साथै उच मनोबल भएका केही ब्यक्तीहरु खोजिरहेको छ। जस्ले कडा मेहनतका साथ बिभिन्न क्षेत्रबाट आफ्नो समुदायलाई सहयोग पुर्यौन सकोस। अब त्यो समय आएको छ, कि हामी एक जुट भएर समुदाय भित्र भएका बिभिन्न साधन प्रयोग गरी दरो जग निर्माण गर्ने, ता कि हामीलाई भोली कसैले पनि एक अर्का बिच भात्काउन, फुटाउन नसकोस।
के तपाईंको सोसियल सिक्युरिटी बेनिफिट (SSI) रोकिएको छ?
चिन्ता नगर्नुस्, तपाईंको साथमा हामी छौ। हामी तपाईंलाई अमेरिकाको नागरिक हुनमा पनि मद्त गर्नेछौ। हामीसँग दस बर्ष भन्दा बडीको अनुभव भएका अनुभबी ब्यक्तित्वहरु हुनुहुन्छ, जस्ले तपाइको नागरिकता आबेदन सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण कामहरु गरिदिनु हुनेछ।
साथै, हामी तपाईंलाई टि.ए.एन.एफ, फुड स्ट्यम्प, Old Age Pension OAP, सोसिअल सिक्युरिटी कार्ड, मेडिकेड, ग्रीन कार्ड, आदीका फारम भर्न समेत सहयोग गर्नेछौ। तपाईंको कमाइ हेरेर नि:सुल्क ट्यक्स फाइल (Tax File) गर्न समेत सहयोग गर्ने छौ। यी सम्पूर्ण सेवा उपभोग गर्नका लागि हामीलाई निम्न लिखित नम्बरमा कल गर्नुहोला।
यदी तपाईंहरुको सहयोग भएमा हामी निम्न लिखित सहयोगहरु पनि प्रदान गर्न सक्छौ:
-पर्सनअल केयर प्रोभाइडर, रेलटिभ केयर प्रोभाइडर हरुलाई एक घण्टाको १२.५० देखी १४.०० डलर सम्मा दिन सक्छौ।
-यदी तपाईंले कसैलाई हाम्रो होम केयरमा पठाउनु भयो भने, उस्ले हाम्रो होम केयरको सुबिधा पाउन थालेको तीन महिना पछी हामी तपाईंलाई २५० डलर सम्म बोनस दिन सक्छौ।
यदी हामीले तपाईंहरुको पर्यप्त सहयोग मिलेमा तल लेखिएका सहयोग पनि गर्नेछौ।
-भबिस्यमा कसैको घरमा मरुमराउ परेमा फुनेरलमा समेत आर्थिक सहयोग गर्नेछौ।
-युवाहरुका बिभिन्न खेल एवम कार्यक्रमहरुमा आर्थिक सहयोग गर्नेछौ।
-अडल्ट डे केयर सेन्टरको समेत स्थापना गर्नेछौ।
-युवा-युवतीहरुको कलेजको फारम भर्ने, स्कोलरशिप र कलेजमा आवस्यक पर्ने सम्पूर्ण सामाग्रीहरुमा पनी सहयोग गर्नेछौ।

यदी तपाईं आफ्नो समुदायमा यी सबै सेवा उपलब्ध भएको हेर्न र सहयोग गर्न चाहनु हुन्छ, र हाम्रो समुदायको जग बलियो भएको देख्न चाहनु हुन्छ भने हामीलाई तल लेखिएको फोन नम्बरमा संपर्क गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ।
