MENTORING COORDINATOR:
Compensation- $15.00- $16.00/hr. (FULL-TIME Employees 30+ hours per week, who choose our EXCELLENT company paid benefit package (after 60 days) would have an earning that equates to an additional $3.63 per hour, totaling $18.63-$19.63 per hour.) If you choose a 40 hour a week schedule you will earn $31,200 -$33,280/yr. plus $7.550.00/year in benefits totaling $38,750-$$40,830/yr.

You will be a Mentor and Teacher on a 1:1 basis allowing the ability to build excellent rapport and relationships. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING FULL-TIME and PART-TIME MENTORING COORDINATORS. Applicants must pass Criminal Background and Motor Vehicle Record checks; have a valid driver’s license, and an insured reliable vehicle. A High School diploma or GED is required.
Applicants must have flexibility to complete our training upon hire. All Training is PAID and typically held Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends. You will have opportunities to be mentored into your new position through shadowing and agency orientation classes. Experience preferred however not required.
