Summer vibes mid November. This brew takes tropical to a delicious level. Pineapple, yellow mango, kiwi and a blend of clover and wildflower honey. Smooth, sweet and full bodied. Might be the most dangerous flavor we have so far. 🤤

Blood of Thy Enemy is bottled up and ready for the holidays.

Blackheart Reserve is made with earl grey tea, wildflower honey, blackberries and blueberries. Finished semi dry at 14.7 ABV.

How many gallons of mead do you think 60lbs of honey will make? 🤔

Last night, we racked over 5 gallons of Mead. We're at exactly 15% alcohol by volume on these 5. They're right on schedule! From left to right- x2 black cherry and oak, tart green apple, and x2 traditional. Smells like a renaissance faire in our kitchen. We will he checking the taste and progress on these in a few weeks.

Same mead, 5 days apart in fermentation. Our little yeasties are working hard to chew through 15lbs of honey! (Yes you read that correct, 15 pounds of honey.) We're estimating a 14 to 15% ABV on this batch. How do you guys feel about black cherry and oak mead?
