You can make a difference! ⬇️

It’s no secret that Texas teachers are dedicated to their students, but a recent article by the Houston Chronicle reveals just how much they sacrifice.

Teachers across the state are spending hundreds—sometimes thousands—of their own dollars on essential school supplies, all because of insufficient state funding.

🎒 This is why we’re gathering all our FRIENDS to help support our Texas teachers for the back-to-school season. You can find a post pinned at the top of our page where teachers have been sharing their Amazon wishlists. If you can, please help by fulfilling some of the items on the list of a few teachers that resonate with you.

Let’s work together to support our Texas teachers!

Governor Abbott has rejected calls for a special session to address school funding, claiming it's not his responsibility. As Texas' chief executive, he is constitutionally obligated to ensure an appropriate, free education for our children.

In an open letter from our founder, Scott Milder addresses the critical factors Governor Abbott’s response omits, including the misuse of ESSER funds, the need for proper state funding, and the flaws of the proposed voucher system.

Our schools need robust and standalone funding, not political agendas. Let’s prioritize our children’s education and adequately fund our public schools.
