Casadonna is a coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant developed in partnership between Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality. It is housed in the same Mediterranean Revival building as Miami’s historic women’s club, located in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood. In fact, the name “Casadonna” is derived from the setting-it is a fusion of Italian words translating to “house of the woman.”
Riviera-style Italian cooking serves as the heart of Casadonna’s cuisine. The menu features the freshest and finest local and imported products, with signature handcrafted dishes. Plates are based around traditional recipes found in the coastal towns of Naples, Taormina, Bari, Positano, and Gaeta, and each is presented in a contemporary fashion. Bespoke cocktails and an extensive wine list will complement this approach.
Signature dishes include crispy young artichoke, royal dorade aqua pazza, and bistecca Fiorentina. A crudo bar—with plates such as langoustine ceviche, tuna carpaccio, and caviar—offers light bites to precede heartier handmade pastas like agnolotti, campanelle Bolognese, and scialatelli al limone (topped with more caviar for good measure). All of that can be paired with the restaurant’s dolce vita–inspired cocktails and extensive wine list, with something for everyone’s liking.

With persistent rate hikes from the Fed, there are widespread fears that the economy will enter a recession. The rate hikes and overall economic uncertainty have brought mortgage demand down.
Existing home sales dropped for the 9th straight month (by 5.9% in October) as potential home buyers struggle with affordability.
Analysts at Redfin predict that the median home price will drop 4% in early 2023 to $368,000. This isn’t even close to a real estate crash, but it’s a sign that housing price growth may finally stabilize.

1️⃣Finalidade: Muitas pessoas falam que localização é o ponto mais importante na pesquisa de um imóvel, o que não deixa de ser verdade. Porém, é importante ter a clareza, principalmente quando se fala de estrangeiros comprarem na Flórida, que a melhor forma de se definir qual a localização ideal é se basear na utilização que você pretende dar para seu imóvel.
2️⃣Distrito escolar: Se orientar sobre o distrito escolar, principalmente se pretende usar para moradia e possui filhos com idade escolar. O sistema público de escolas é separado por distritos. O estudante necessariamente deve ser registrado na escola designada para seu endereço. Anualmente o Estado da Flórida divulga a atualização da pontuação de cada escola. Não só para seu uso, mas para uma eventual venda futura, imóveis localizados próximos a escolas classificadas como "A", possuem mais valor agregado.
3️⃣Vendas recentes: Na hora de pesquisar seu imóvel, é claro que irá avaliar aspectos gerais de características, acabamentos etc. Porém, é importante que ao se decidir pela compra, você solicite ao seu corretor uma análise de imóveis vendidos recentemente na região.
4️⃣Registro do imóvel: Estude, antes de concretizar a compra, a melhor forma de registrar seu imóvel. Há uma onda de informações na internet que comprar em nome de empresa é sempre o melhor caminho, mas isso depende. Aborde o assunto com o seu corretor para que ele possa te conectar com o profissional especializado e qualificado para tratar do assunto. Ressaltando que, diferente do Brasil, onde muitas vezes se faz o contrato de compra e venda e alguns casos demora-se até anos para finalizar o processo de escritura e registro. Nos Estados Unidos, toda a documentação do imóvel deve ser concluída no ato da compra.
