When you click that button, your contact information is sent to multiple agents in the area, leading to a flood of phone calls, texts, and emails.

This month marks the beginning of Summer, ☀️ making it an ideal time to take care of those outdoor home maintenance tasks before the heat becomes too much!
PRO TIP: Did you know that changing your ceiling fan direction seasonally is a simple way to save money year-round? In the Summer months, make sure it moves counterclockwise to help create a downdraft, which creates that direct, cooling breeze. During the Winter months, it should move clockwise to create an updraft and circulate warm air around the room (there should be a button or small switch on the fan or on the remote).

"Agent Hopping": when you work with multiple agents at once, whether it is intentional or not.
The home buying process will be much smoother if you hire one trusted agent from the start rather than randomly contacting agents via signs, real estate websites, and open houses.

Here are a few ways that you can make sure you are NOT agent-hopping:
✔️ Interview agents before you start your search. Make sure you interview multiple agents and pick one who you trust and get along with to represent you. You'll be spending a lot of time with them!
✔️ When working with a Realtor, don't ask another agent to show you a home.
If you see a home you like, but your agent is not available, ask if they have a coworker or assistant who can help them show you the home or if there is an open house you can attend.
✔️ Don't contact listing agents directly for property information. Your agent can get you information on ANY home, even if it is listed For Sale by Owner! The listing agent selling the home represents the seller, and you want to ensure you have someone looking out for your best interests as well.
What you need to know: If you've been working with an agent already, make sure you contact them! You are NOT bothering your agent!
