Lol, they know it is unless it's true identity theft, you are only hurting yourself.

Dont dispute accounts online. Its always best to send written disputes to the credit reporting agencies, so you can express your concerns and include relevant documents.

Plus it's best to have a paper trail.

When you are disputing inaccurate information on your credit report, do not compare one credit agencies to the other.

Experian is a separate entity from Transunion and Equifax.

Dispute only what is inaccurate with that specific agency, and do not get to tellingthem what the other is or is not doing, cause its not their concern.

It's not that you didn't create/owe the debt that gets the debt waived and the reporting deleted.

The Credit reporting agencies and the furnisher (debt collectors included) are held to a standard and are required by law to only report accurate and complete information.

When one or all of them fail in any of their obligated duties, in respect to the credit report, they are
liable for those failures to you, regardless if you owe the debt.

Client had a judgment against them in June. That debt is now waived!

If you default on an account, and the creditor/company has reported adverse information against you… they have likely breached their contract between you and them.

If you default on an account, and the creditor/company has sold the account… they have likely breached their contract between you and them.

Because the debt collector has now been bonded with the company, they are both vicariously liable for one another in a action.

When a furnisher reports inaccurate information to your credit report, they have breached provisions that regulate them. The furnisher is responsible to you for a minimum of statutory damages and must delete the account, no matter how much they deny!

If a Creditor or A debt collector is reporting inaccurate information to your credit report, and you dispute that inaccurate information and they fail to conduct a reasonable investigation, they owe you statutory damages at minimum for non compliance or failure to comply pursuant the FCRA and the FDCPA
