👉HUMMUS RECIPE 🧅🧄

1 Cup Chickpeas (home-cooked chickpeas healthier choice) (organic Kale maybe used, instead of chickpeas) (Beets or Cauliflower maybe used)
Use ¼ Cup Aqua Faba: is Latin for “bean water” (less or more as needed)
2-3 tablespoons tahini (or 4 tablespoons ground sesame seeds)
2-3 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
¼ -1 teaspoon cumin.
¼ - teaspoon smoked paprika.
1/8 -1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
½ Cup sweet pepper or
1 medium sweet pepper.
¼ Cup fresh basil or 2 teaspoons of dried basil
Salt to taste. (Pink Himalayan)

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Serve chilled, enjoy on raw crackers.
