Okay Troops Christmas hours are as follows. This week Monday - Friday 7 am 2 pm. WLC finales Thursday morning and Tuesday night. I will probably be at the club all day on Tuesday. Saturday we will be open from 8 - 2 and will be having an open house that day. More info on that will be forthcoming. Monday we will be open 7 am until 2 pm and Tuesday Christmas Eve we will be open from 7 am until 12 pm. Have a blessed Christmas or Happy Holidays which ever you chose to celebrate.

Starting Monday 10/21 we are changing our hours. M-F open 7am - 2 pm. Then re-open at 5:30 pm for evening events. Sat. 8-2 So come out and get your shake on every day before 2 pm. This will allow us to further our mission by taking it out of the club in the afternoons. Thx.

Hello from Vegas from Julie and Vernon. The club is open today (Saturday) from 8-4. Come out and say Hi to Noah and get your shake on.

Just a reminder to come out and support the club while we are in training in Vegas. The club is open today from 7 am until 6 pm and then there will be the weight loss challenge going on. The club will then be open on Saturday from 8 am until 4 pm. We will reopen on Tuesday morning at 7 am for normal hours. We are getting as VIP's to go to a special lounge for us to sample the new skin line. Can't wait to go and let you all know about it first. Will update you later, Second day of clouds and wind, looks like no pool time. :(

Club will be open limited hours this week while Vernon and I are in Vegas. Bonnie G will be here on Thursday 7 am to 6 pm. including the weight loss challenge Thursday night. Noah will have the club open on Saturday 8-4. Those of you who keep asking how he is doing here is your chance to come and see him. The club will be closed Wednesday, Friday and Monday. Vernon and I will be back on Tuesday with the club opening normal hours. We will be excited to tell about all the exciting info we gained at the conference. Wish all of you guys were going with us. Event to wish BILLY HOFFMAN the best of luck. Billy has decided to take a new adventure with his life and move on to San Diego, California. He leaves Monday to drive to Extravaganza and then off to California. We are going to have a game night at the club tonight to wish him well and send him with love and blessings as he takes this step into an amazing opportunity. Join us tonight at Perry Hall Nutrition at 7pm to play games and send him off in grand style. Shake bar will be open. Come and get your game on.

We are starting to feel the crispness of fall in the air. Wow what an amazing time of the year. Amazing things are happening at Perry Hall Nutrition also. We are doing a boot camp for all ages and fitness levels on Monday - Wednesday - Friday at 6:30 am and 6 pm with our own personal fitness trainer Vernon. Two new weight loss challenges starting this week. Thursday 9/19 our new Walk and Talk Challenge starts and then Saturday we are starting an on line challenge that will work for clients that are out of state and those whose work schedule won't allow them to participate in the usual challenge. And then this Sunday 9/22 we are hiking at the Loch Raven Reservoir. Vernon and I already went last Sunday and spent the afternoon walking various trails and in our search watch 2 bald eagles fly in the sky while we listened to the waterfalls that we found on our adventure.
