Been wanting to try Peak Pilates?!?! We are making a fun change to the normal schedule this week and replacing tomorrow evening’s barre class with a Pilates pop up!!
Absolutely accessible to all levels and bodies!! You will love this workout! Tomorrow night we will be using a Pilates ball as a prop and will have lots of fun! A perfect core compliment to anyone also attending Peak Strength, this low impact, highly effective core workout will leave you feeling lengthened, toned and happy!!

Here is our new class schedule!!! We have some new offerings (INCLUDING PILATES!) and will be throwing in some Pop Up classes at some alternative times to mix it up!

We are so excited to be back at Orono Brewing Company for Stretch & Sip this Saturday, August 17th 10:30-11:30am out in the beer garden in the sunshine!
Come out to OBC in Orono and buy your tickets at the door ahead of the event or through OBC’s website!
$25 gets you an hour of flowing movement, sunshine and camaraderie followed by a bevie of your choice (ranging from microbrews to seltzers, cocktails on tap and non-alcoholic options), yummy food from their delicious menu and of course relaxing vibes as you hang out with new and old friends for a relaxing afternoon at the brewery.
Yoga: You can expect flowing, inspiring, sunshine vibing music along with options for all bodies! Bring a mat (if you need to borrow one of our mats from our studio, I’ll have an arm full on hand) and your eagerness to have a fun morning in the sunshine, at the brewery, with friends and good vibes. 🧘🏻♀️ 🌞 😎 🍻 🧘🏼♂️

Our summer has been rolling on with beautiful weather, lots of effort in the studio, working towards wellness, adventures with family and friends, and hopefully some much deserved rest! Our team at the studio is looking forward to this month of August being filled with more of the same. Practicing what we preach, the Sarah, Reilly and Holly will be taking a rest from class offerings this month. This decision came off the heels of conversations amongst team members regarding our own personal needs outside of our work lives. It was agreed that this month of partial rest was needed in order to prioritize some precious time and energy towards personal endeavors that hopefully fill up our cups, help us to achieve some of our personal goals and find balance in order to refresh us for the fall!
All active memberships and passes will be paused for the month of August. No charges will go through on August 1 for members and time frames for utilizing passes will be paused after classes Wednesday evening and will be reinitiated September 1. Any bookings that have been made into August will be refunded.
Please follow us here in our socials for upcoming events, pop-ups, motivation and information to keep your wellness goals alive and thriving. We encourage you to get out into nature, enjoy the splendor that is Maine and late summer, connect with friends, pick up new hobbies or revive old, read a book, listen to a podcast, make a friend, adventure somewhere new! We are here to support you so please don’t hesitate to reach out and connect! Thank you so much for all that you do to support this small, woman-owned and run business. We are passionate about you and what we achieve together in the name of wellness! While we have been keeping the studio comfortable and cool with AC, dangerously high outdoor temps, elevated humidity and a very high heat index are developing. Due to risk of heat illness, this evening classes are cancelled tonight Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Our first announcement is a Mini Summer Health Coaching Session. This $99 package allows you direct access to our Health Coach & Certified Nutritionist Sarah Kenney. You will meet for (2) 30 minute sessions that can take place in person at Peak Wellness in Bangor, virtually, or by phone. Together you will use an app that provides messaging, goals, recipes, and plenty of support.

This season schedule is reduced in order to take advantage of this seasons, beautiful, outdoor weather! A more minimal schedule makes wonderful opportunity for our peak community to get together in classes and perhaps enjoy some outdoor adventures together as well!

Vinyasa Flow on Wednesdays at noon with Sarah will be the perfect midweek yoga hour you need to center and balance and finish your week with a smile.
Also, Barre Stretch on Thursdays at 6:30, with a half hour express barre intensity followed by a half hour yogic stretch! With a bright and early time, along with a positive and energetic Holly leading, your Thursday will certainly start out fresh!
Please note coupon codes will be updated for all new offerings by noon Monday🙌🏻 If registering prior to noon tomorrow and you have difficulty applying your code simply plan on dropping in to class or try again following noon on Monday. Your VIP status will be honored and applied for any of our regularly scheduled classes.

What a great past two days we’ve had at Peak! The Sarahs took part in the Acadia Hospital Ethics Conference on Thursday at Husson College. The topic was the prevention of burnout in post pandemic healthcare care workers. SUCH a significant topic! We were honored to have been asked to lend our ideas on how to bring a touch of wellness and self care for the participants from the amazing women from Acadia that are also a part of our Peak Community. We helped create giveaways bottles filled with some of our favorite items for wellness. One of our faves….Calm magnesium supplement packets. I love to mix mine with a little organic tart cherry juice 20 minutes before bed. Total blissful slumber giving my body what it needs for over 300 functions in the body. We also offered a yoga session, provided an informative video on stress reduction and self care techniques, along with a chair yoga video for participants to be able to practice at home or at work, any time they’d like.
Friday Sarah Thibault spent the day at the Mary Snow School Community Connection Day! This was the 2nd year she has been asked to participate and was able to teach over 45 4th and 5th graders the foundations of yoga, allowing them to learn and experience how yoga can help them to decrease stress and anxiety. Thank you so much to the staff and students of Mary Snow. Your positive energy and sense of community is vibrant ✨
