The outpouring of support and messages has been absolutely incredible. I am very hopeful that we will find a new spot and re-open. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has reached out.

Today is our last day here, from 10 to 2 or until we run out of food. We’ll have bottles of our Poppyseed dressing and pita crisps available so you can make your own Gems at home until we are back.

Goodbye for now, but not for long!

Hi friends,
I was informed yesterday that we have to vacate the premises. I’m very sad to say that Saturday will be our last day here. I don’t know what the future holds for Little Gem but if anyone has a location that is set up for food service, please message me. We can’t thank the community enough for the warm welcome. It has truly been a privilege to serve you. And a big thank you to all of our local partners, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Our signature Gem Salad comes in a vegan version! It has mixed greens, onion, mushroom, raisin, vegan mozzarella, jackfruit “chicken,” tofu “bacon,” poppyseed dressing and pita crisps!

Our “chicken” is made in-house using Native Forest organic young jackfruit and our “bacon” is made with organic Heiwa Tofu, a Maine company. The vegan mozzarella is Violife.

Salad is our thing! We make all of our dressings in-house and our pita crisps too. Any salad can be customized to you liking.

For those brave customers who choose to yodel instead of ring the bell, they are entered into a chance to win a salad or smoothie of their choice.
