The Great American Prayer Event is a historic and unprecedented initiative that invites all 50 states to hold simultaneous prayer meetings, uniting Americans in a collective effort to seek divine intervention for our nation.

On Monday, November 4th, 2024, starting at 6 PM (ET), countless churches and communities across the country will pray, asking God to save our country, unify our people, and heal our land.

Join us at 6pm TONIGHT in-person or from where you are in praying for our nation, leaders, communities, schools & families.

Prayer should be our FIRST response, not our last resort. Participate in 21 Days of prayer starting on Wednesday October 16th. In Emily's update on the continuing work of Consider it Joy she included a number of prayer requests. Will you join us in lifting these petitions to the Lord?

-Praise for a safe trip and return from Kenya. Pray the seeds planted in Busia and the team there would flourish and produce greater relationship and glory for God.
-The head mistress of Kemodo Baptist Academy, Teacher Gladys, has had to step away from her position due to the failing health of her mother. Please pray for a Godly, strong candidate as a replacement.
-St. Anne Ang'orom is still in desperate need of support to modify the campus into a boarding school. Please pray for provision and discernment.
-Praise for Kemodo Baptist Training Centre being up and running!
-Prayers for protection for the students and staff at Kemodo Baptist Training Centre.
-Healing for Pastor David from an Achilles tendon injury.
-Festus, the director of the training centre and computer program teacher, is going through a very challenging time with his family. Please pray for unity and peace.
-Consider It Joy is praying to extend ministry opportunities to grow Deliverance Church Daystar and support the nearby orphanage. Please pray for this opportunity and for God to reveal if this opportunity is his will for our program.
-Pray about attending or supporting the next mission trip in late October 2025.
