We can’t wait to serve our current patients, meet new patients and continue to grow our company in our new location! We have loved our first two years of business in The Mercantile and are so thankful to have started our company there. 💙

Flipping into the weekend with ! Elite athletes are a special type of athlete. They combine talent with work ethic and a determination to be their best. When an injury occurs because of this high risk/high reward mentality, it can be devastating. In my almost 18 years as a physical therapist, I have noticed that while working through recovery after surgery, these athletes often need to be reigned in, not pushed. They need guidance to walk them through the process of healing to prevent risk of reinjury. Bailey is one of these exceptional athletes that desires to challenge her body at the earliest possible opportunity; however, she has done an excellent job being patient while her alignment, stability and strength has caught up with her wishes. It is always nice, when you allow a new skill, to see her creativity in supplementing skills that are not restricted but aren’t necessarily recommended. We love you at METS Bailey! Nice pass!

We love our Dana time at METS! Dana came to METS while still attending therapy for shoulder rehab. She wanted to increase her ROM while also beginning a strength and conditioning program. With the continue therapy combined with directed OXEFIT sessions, Dana has made tremendous progress with ROM and strength in the shoulder,as well as, solid gains in overall body conditioning.

Thank you for the write up !! We love having our OxeFit to help with rehab for our patients! We also use it for strength training and alignment sessions. Welcome!! We are Michael and Kirby Moseley and we decided it was time to introduce ourselves. Here are 10 fun facts about us! 😊
1. We have been married for 22 years!
2. Owning METS together is not the first time we have worked together.
3. We have three kids! They are 13, 8 and 3. (Our youngest just had a birthday! 🎂)
4. We own a very pretty but extremely BAD Great Dane puppy!
5. We met through cheerleading.
6. We teach kids Sunday School together and love watching them grow!
7. We are definitely not a case of opposites attract! This is both a blessing and a curse.
8. We have lived in 4 different states since we have been married.
9. We are both members of the 90% club! We are excellent at the first 90% of a project - we are working on this but honest truth we got stuck after #9 of this post.... 😂 Not even kidding!
10. We laugh A LOT!! (And we are so proud that we finished this 100%) 🎉

One of our favorite little patients, Miss Emma! Emma is a competitive gymnast and just recently started playing soccer. Emma’s favorite part of her treatments at METS, besides her Mr. Mike high 5 ✋, is the Game Ready system. She loves the “cooling machine” as she calls it for recovery. We think she also loves playing the PS4! 😉 Emma is one of our young athletes who comes in for maintenance therapy and recovery from the wear and tear of her sports.
