Yesterday was a bittersweet day here at Roux 61. It was the last day at work for our fearless Beverage Director, Assistant GM, and resident handyman, Pritam! Pritam has been an integral part of the Roux 61 team and is THE reason our bar program has been so successful for nearly 9 years. Under his leadership, our program and our bartenders have thrived and provided Baton Rouge with top notch service and beverage quality and selection. His style is like no other and his attention to detail will remain in our standards for as long as we're here. He has left behind a great legacy, great friendships, and a great work ethic that we'll sorely miss. But, we know that he instilled a bit of himself in our crew and we'll carry that torch proudly.

Pritam, now it's time to use those many degrees you've accumulated! We wish you the best and we wish you and Lucy a lifetime of happiness. Congrats on your wedding that's not too far away, and congrats on the new business venture you'll no doubt rock just like you've done here.
