Some of us feel like we are healthy because we don’t smoke to***co/ chew ni****ne or consume alcohol.

What we fail to realize is that eating JUNK is as bad and if not worse as it leads to the 3 killers...

Diabetes
Hypertension
Hyperlipidemia

Obesity pandemic is a REAL problem in today’s world and needs to be recognized as a chronic illness.

I have always said in my practice that FOOD is the best medication I can prescribe to my patients and continue to do so wholeheartedly every day !!!

Many of you are tired of listening to the same lecture every time you come in... 🙄🙄🙄

Don’t worry I will never stop singing that mantra cause I have seen it reverse illness in our practice over and over again.
