WHAT IF....

It is called the Moro Reflex: The Moro reflex acts as a baby’s primitive fight/flight reaction and is typically replaced by the adult startle reflex by four months old. If a child experiences a retained Moro reflex beyond 4 months, he may become over sensitive and over-reactive to sensory stimulus resulting in poor impulse control, sensory overload, anxiety and emotions, and social immaturity. Some additional signs of a retained Moro reflex are motion sickness, poor balance, poor coordination, easily distracted, unable to adapt well to change, and mood swings.

Is there someone in your life that is feeling lost with their kiddo?

Often times, we have friends and families that are suffering or struggling with their child and no one says anything because:
1. We don't want to "step on any toes"
2. We don't have any suggestions for them because they have done everything and still their child struggles!

🥚 Don't put all your eggs in one basket...
Just focusing on one area (chiropractic, vision therapy, OT, talk therapy)may make things better but until retained prims are integrated they will manifest into different and/or more difficult behaviors especially after growth, hormones or trauma.

🐇 Everyone is entitled to a bad "hare" day.
We tell everyone of our kids that it is OK to get mad or frustrated but ... you can not hit, scream, yell or hurt yourself or others... WHAT YOU CAN DO IS....(insert whatever tool we have help them create on how to hand situations)

Have you ever heard that expression "you're crossing the line"?
Well, "midline" IS ONE we want kids to cross! 🤣

When a child is not able to cross the midline, it means that the two sides of a child's brain are not communicating with each other!
You must be able to cross midline in order to scratch your elbow, put your shoes on, catch a ball, and write across a page without switching hands. Children who have difficulty crossing midline often seem to have less-developed fine motor skills, poor hand-eye coordination, and difficulty with gross motor activities.

Difficulty crossing midline isn’t limited to just your arms and legs though; It can even affect your eyes! If you have difficulty tracking across midline with your eyes, you can have difficulty reading from left to right, across a page!

We will explain everything you need to know about crossing the midline from helping you determine whether your kid is facing this problem to exercises that help develop their skills in crossing the midline!

Kids who struggle to cross the midline can be misidentified as being fidgety, lazy, uncoordinated, and a “slow mover”.

We're opening a mini "store" ! Our products will vary week to week, lots of our items are being made by our past & present students! Right now we have candles and laser crafts/ornaments.

However, we've recently had a situation happen to a child and if the parent wasn't on guard and suspicious then the situation could of been severe.

There are lots of games that don't have an online feature, remove roblox and find an alternative!
