*Note about rhubarb: Always discard the leaves, as they are not edible.

Ingredients:
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz rhubarb syrup (recipe below)
• 2/3 oz lime juice

Directions:
shake all ingredients with ice and drain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or part of a rhubarb stalk.

Ingredients:
🍒 1 peeled orange section
🍒 Ice
🍒 1 1/2 ounce(s) gin
🍒 1 ounce(s) sweet cherry juice
🍒 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) simple syrup
🍒 2 dash(es) bitters
🍒 Sparkling wine
🍒 Orange twist, for garnish

Directions:
Mash the orange section in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Add the gin, cherry juice, simple syrup, and bitters and shake well. drain into glass and top with Sparkling wine; garnish with the twist.
